Registration is not required to post new messages or reply to existing messages. Registration is free, and you are not required to use your real name. You are required to use your actual email address, however, so you can have your password mailed to you when you forget it. If you forget your password, and have used a fake email address, then I have no way to verify that YOU are YOU. Thus, your account passes into the great cyber void. You may choose to make your email address visible to the public or keep it hidden. You must be 18 to to register.

You may easily change any info stored in your registration profile, after logging in. using the "Your Profile" link located in the Members section. To log in just type your username and password and clicking on the "Sign In" link. Then all of your profile information will appear on screen. You may change any items or delete your membership at any time.
Moderators help keep Alien-Earth updated with the most current news. If you have a question about being a news moderator, you should direct it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every page on the message board has a "Lost Your Password?" link that you can use to reset your password emailed instantly to your email address.
You may associate an icon (smiley) with each post that you make to express a different emotion or identification. These icons appear next to each message in a thread listing.
